MPS Manufacturing Company, LLC. is an employee-oriented company that strives to produce the highest quality product at a competitive price by utilizing experience and technology that is essential in a global market. Founded in 2005, the company started out manufacturing one product for the military industry and has since expanded into a wide range of industries including automotive, industrial/OEM, agriculture, military, food/restaurant, and more. Using LEAN Manufacturing principles, MPS Manufacturing customers enjoy fast turnarounds, flexible and agile processes, and competitive pricing. MPS Manufacturing sources 100% of its materials from the United States, and 90% comes from Ohio. Sourcing locally allows for fast turnarounds and is a significant factor in the passion behind the business: supporting people, from customers to employees, families, and the community. What We Do
We specialize in Rubber Molded & Silicone Rubber Molded Products, Rubber to Plastic or Metal Assembly, and Design/Machining Services for Rubber Molds, Equipment and more. We have the tools and the knowledge to take your product from concept to production.
We mold a wide range of elastomers including Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Silicone/Flouro, SBR, EPDM, Nitrile, Viton (FKM), HNBR, NBR, and Millable Urethane. We utilize the latest in zoned electric platens, which maintains even heat across the mold for a tightly controlled and consistent process that ensures a high quality part. We utilize Transfer/ Compression, Vacuum, and Non Vacuum molding presses. Our presses are capable of semi-automated, short, and long run production using either your existing tooling or our own custom-built, low-cost tooling.
Our in-house designed and built equipment offers extremely high flexibility with no to very low tooling costs to the customer. We are currently in the process of installing advanced Robotic Spray Coating and Dip coating equipment to further our capabilities and cost effectiveness to our customers.
