RUBBER MOLDED PRODUCTS
350 TON VACUUM PRESS, TRANSFER OR COMPRESSION 3RT - 4 PLATE MOLD CAPABLE 350 TON TRANSFER OR COMPRESSION, 3 AND 9 ZONE ELECTRIC PLATENS SHEAR / DEFLECTION & COMPRESSION / DEFLECTION TEST MACHINES PLC CONTROLLED, TOUCHSCREEN PROGRAMMING 350 & 500 TON TRANSFER OR COMPRESSION, 3 AND 9 ZONE ELECTRIC PLATENS

All our molding presses are PLC controlled and electric platen heated. This translates into consistant and repeatable product everytime with reduced scrap and lower cost parts for our customers. These presses can accept customer molds up to 24” wide x 30” long OR 32" x 34" and also a custom mold can be built to your specifications in our CNC shop. Our line of 350 and 500 ton vacuum press allow the vacuum chamber to surround the entire mold which during the molding process removes any air trap, blisters or porosity from the final part. This is especially important in complex shaped parts where the fluid rubber flow may be restricted or areas of the mold where overflows or bleeders are not possible or acceptable. We also have in-house test equipment for shear / deflection and compression / deflection. All testing which can not be done in-house is sourced to a local company with certified results.

Grommets & Bumpers: We manufacture a wide variety of rubber grommets for many industrial and commercial applications. Most grommets are used for bumpers, component isolation, cable / wire protection and much more.

Bushings: We have extensive experience in designing, molding, assembling and testing bushing and isolators that require specific rates and durability. We can deliver molded, molded to metals, assembled into or onto metals depending on your application. We also have an extensive network of metal stampers that we work with to provide you with the best quality stamping at a competitive price.

Mounts (Isolation): If you need a bonded rubber to metal mount that requires a basic rate and durability at a competitive price we can develop, test and manufacture a mount to meet your needs. These mounts are used in Compression, Tension or Shear applications.
Seals and Gaskets: Our molded seals are used in various applications with varying chemical exposure, pressures and temperatures. Whether the seal is a basic O-ring type or a very complex profile or form, we can deliver the product you desire.
Protective Caps & Plugs: If you have an application that requires sealing out or sealing in we manufacture a wide variety of protective caps that fulfill our customers needs . These are used in electrical, optical and shipping applications where high quality caps are needed to protect critical or expensive components. Mounts (Performance): If you need a critical, high performance Engine, Transmission or Vibration Mount that requires very specific rates.. Many of these mounts are beyond the basic isolation mounts and require expert attention in process and raw material control. Our company delivers with constant testing throughout the product run for consistant products every time.
Oil and Gas: If Oil, Gas and Mining products is what you need we currently manufacture Fracturing, Bridge, and Swabbing Packers. We use high quality materials to withstand the wear and extreme environments in downhole drilling. If you have a current design or an idea for something new, we can help you develop and manufacture a component for use or sale. Other: We also manufacture rubber molded and rubber molded to metals components that don't fit any of the above categories. These include Mud flaps, electrical plug connectors, brake pads, various types of cable carriers and cable end caps, etc.
RUBBER SELECTION GUIDE
NATURAL
NEOPRENE
SILICONE / FLOURO
SBR
EPDM
NITRILE

Natural rubber is best used in applications that require high pliability, tensile strength and tear resistance. A good choice for applications where product exposure includes acids, organic salts and alkalis. In addition, Natural Rubber is soft and has good flexing characteristics at low temperatures and good wear resistance.

Recommended Uses: Standard Body Mounts, Shear Mounts, Engine Mounts, Rubber Stoppers, Control Bushings., Transmission Mounts, exhaust hangers.

Molded neoprene rubber is an all-purpose resilient polymer/elastomer because it provides resistance to corrosion from chemicals. Neoprene demonstrates resilience, tear resistance and tensile strength. Additionally, it is abrasion resistant and has admirable compression set properties.

Recommended Uses: Precision Protective Caps, Vibration Mounts, Boots.

Molded silicone rubber is often used where resistance to temperature and environmental extremes are necessary. Silicone Rubber has become one of our larger customer choices due to its versitility. We can also match any color for your unique application.

SILICONE MOLDING SECTION

Recommended Uses: High Heat O-Rings, Gaskets, Protective Caps

SBR is a good choice for applications where finished product exposure includes acids, organic salts and alkalis. In addition, SBR Rubber is soft and has good flexing characteristics at low temperatures, like Natural Rubber. It is wear resistant and non-toxic.

Recommended Uses: Gaskets, Washers, etc.

EPDM is a low cost rubber that is ideal for outdoor applications because of its ability to resist harsh weather conditions. Also recommended for its ability to stabilize color and resist heat. EPDM is an economical choice because it offers the advantages of neoprene, at a lower cost. EPDM is widely used for its ozone resistant, temperature resistant and it has an attractive appearance.

Recommended Uses: High Quality Stabilizer Bushings, Plugs, Grommets, Straps, Electrical Covers, exhaust hangers.

Nitrile rubber is recommended when oil resistance is required. It is resistant to mineral, vegetable and petroleum oils, solvents and hydraulic fluid. It is able to resist heat and exhibits good resilience and abrasion resistance, as well as low permanent set. Nitrile is a resilient and stretchable polymer/ elastomers.

Recommended Uses: Oil Resistant Seals, O-rings,Oil/Gas Well Components
